Hi, I’m Marlow

I work with deep-feeling, thoughtful adults who’ve spent their lives trying to be good or perfect to feel loved. Therapy with me is a space to unlearn those old patterns and come home to who you really are.

I offer a warm, grounded presence and a deep respect for your inner world. This is a space where you don’t have to perform — just be. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your struggles and gently reconnect with the parts of you that got lost along the way.

About me

“I was always ashamed to take. So I gave. It was not a virtue. It was a disguise.”

— Anaïs Nin

My philosophy

I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or explain away your pain — a space where your story, your softness, and your mess are all welcome. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to the self you were before the world told you who to be.

Reflections

This space is a collection of thoughts on healing, identity, grief, and the quiet work of becoming who you really are — not shared as advice, but in case something resonates.

If you’ve ever felt like too much or not enough, you might find something here that helps you feel a little more understood.

Resources

Healing isn’t linear, and sometimes it helps to have support between sessions.

This is a curated list of books, podcasts, tools, and crisis support I often share with clients — especially those navigating sensitivity, self-doubt, religious trauma, chronic illness, and early emotional wounds.
